Fluorine Fluorine abundances in stars are of considerable importance to constraint AGB models. It seems that AGB stars are the main producers of this element although some contribution from Wolf Rayet stars and type II supernovae is also expected (Reda et al. 2004). Spectroscopic observations of AGB stars of different classes (Jorissen et al. 1992) show that the 19 F abundance is enhanced by factors of 2 to 20 with respect to the solar one. The observed abundances show also a positive correlation with the carbon enhancement which suggests that it is produced in the He intershell and dredged-up to the surface after the TDU together with carbon and s-elements.
